Preludes and Fugues 46-50 by Jnana Hodson, poems using search and replace

Jnana grew up listening to records from the public library and distant radio stations between static. That’s how he came to know classical music.

In August, Fowlpox Press published Harbor of Grace as a free downloadable chapbook of his prose poems. It is available at http://fowlpoxpress.yolasite.com/resources/HARBORLAST.pdf .

He blogs at Jnana’s Red Barn (jnanahodson.net).

‘I created several formats for the fugues and then used a search and replace of images and phrases for the fugue. The prelude, of course, was distilled from that. Some of the later pieces actually use two different structures, sometimes with a bridge from one to the other. And, as you will notice, sometimes with slight tweaks throughout to keep something human as well. ‘ – Jnana Hodson
